Olam Mulls Sale of Agri Business, May Delay Listing of Food Ingredients Unit

Olam Group is in initial talks to sell its entire 64.57% stake in Olam Agri to the state-run Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company, or SALIC, people familiar with the process said.
