American Airlines Cuts Profit Outlook, Citing New Pilots’ Contract, Higher Fuel Costs

American Airlines cut its current-quarter adjusted profit outlook, saying its new labor contract with its pilots’ union and higher fuel prices will weigh on quarterly earnings.
