Ten-Year BTP-Bund Yield Spread Seen in 175-180 Basis Point Range in 3Q

The narrowing of the 10-year Italian BTP-German Bund spread in June happened too fast and some correction was to be expected, Mizuho said, expecting it to trade in 175-180 bps range through the third quarter.
